If you have read through all of the documentation in this knowledge base and you still haven't found a solution to your problem, the next step is to leave a trouble ticket describing your issue so a technical support specialist can help.
Log into your account at http://manage.vaultnetworks.com and select create a ticket from the support menu on the left hand side of the page. Choose your department and sub-department (if applicable) and fill in the details. Make sure you provide your server login credentials if necessary.
There are two options for priority: Normal and High. High priority is reserved for critical server problems such as not being able to ping or SSH into your server because it's down. Other problems should be marked as normal priority.
