For colocation customers

Log into your account at http://www.vaultnetworks.com and on the left hand menu select Current IP Allocation.

Find the IP allocation block you wish to edit and click the details link for the corresponding block.

Within this new page, you can edit RDNS entries for each IP address in your block along with a brief description for your convenience. To remove an entry, simply leave the box blank or enter "None" in the field. Once you are happy with your changes, press the update button to save your changes.

You can verify your changes with the DNS Watch tool.

For dedicated server customers

Log into your account at http://www.vaultnetworks.com. Select the interface whose RDNS you wish to edit at the "Dedicated Server Summary" section on the bottom of the front page.

In the interface summary page you will be presented with a plethora of information about your interface. On the bottom right you will see an Allocated IPs section. Each IP has a corresponding "Edit RDNS" link.

Clicking an edit link will refresh the page and in the same section there will now be a field for you to enter your information. If you wish to remove an entry, simply leave the box blank or enter "None" in the field. Once you are happy with your changes, press the Modify IP RDNS button to save your changes.
