To place an order for one or more dedicated servers for both new and existing clients, the process is the same except:

For existing clients:  You must first login to our web site using your existing login and password.

All orders for dedicated servers must be entered on the Vault Networks website.

To start the order process, simply move your cursor over "Dedicated Solutions" at the top left hand side of our web site and choose the type of server of interest.  If you are unsure of what server model to select, there are descriptions of each server and key features of each one by simply moving throughout Dedicated Server section of the Vault Networks web site.   Once you have selected the model server you would like to order, you can choose from available options to add to your selection.

To view your Dedicated Server Package selection in your shopping cart, click on the "View Package Details" at any time thoughout the selection process to see what server components are included and your total price per month.  Once you have finished with selecting all options, just click on the "checkout & purchase" button.

For existing clients: at this point, your account information, that you had entered,  will appear along with the Vault Networks' Acceptable Use Policy.  Please read over this information and initial where indicated.  Then, click on the "Agree & Checkout" button.

For new clients: at this point, please enter the requested information.  Note: Please write down the User Login and Password you select as you will need it in the future to login to our web site.  After you have clicked on "create account", please read the Vault Networks' Acceptable Use Policy, initial where indicated, then click on the "Agree & Checkout" button.

Once this is done, look for an email from Vault Networks which includes your Dedicated Service Agreement.  Before your order will be processed, you need to read the Dedicated Service Agreement, sign, and return it along with your first month's payment to Vault Networks before your order will be processed.  For current payment options accepted by Vault Networks, see the "Billing" section of this Knowledge Base.

The agreement and payment can be emailed to Billing@VaultNetworks.com. faxed to 1-708-575-4280, or delivered to our administrative offices located at: 100 N Biscayne Blvd., Suite 604, Miami, FL  33132.

For current clients with a credit or ach payment method on file, you need only submit the signed Dedicated Service Agreement if you would like Vault Networks to use the payment method on file for this purchase.

The normal turnaround time for fulfilling a new dedicated server order, once the signed agreement and payment have both been received is 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) and assumes that Vault Networks has all needed components in stock.
